VideoRocket Payment and Refund Policies
Agreement with Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to VideoRocket.com. By using VideoRocket.com, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.
Changes in Terms and Conditions.
VideoRocket.com has the right to change or discontinue any feature of VideoRocket.com and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of VideoRocket.com after that notice shall be considered acceptance of these changes.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card
You may pay by credit card when one the internet. At the time your order is placed, VideoRocket obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs as soon as the sale is complete. The VideoRocket Festival accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
- Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Credit Card Security Codes
The VideoRocket Store requires the credit card security code for your card for online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

The VideoRocket delivers, sells or ships products to the purchaser only.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY ON MERCHANDISE
If you are not satisfied with your VideoRocket product, service or merchandise, please email returns@VideoRocket.com within 15 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If not contacted within the 15 calendar days of receipt of the product VideoRocket reserves the right to decline any request for a return or refund on any product, service, or merchandise. Clothing, or products that were damaged due to shipping, misuse as determined by VideoRocket may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the VideoRocket within 14 calendar days of the initial receipt of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any merchandise.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
VideoRocket will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
SHIPPING
VideoRocket will ship all orders Fed Ex Ground. If another form of express shipping is required or needed please contact VideoRocket at 800-327-6921.
ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card and lease orders.
- Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business week.
- Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping however you must call the VideoRocket Offices, by 2 pm EST at 800-327-6921, pending payment processing. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. VideoRocket makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the VideoRocket Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order in the time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the shipping time changes, VideoRocket will contact you via email if the extended time will be more then 2 weeks beyond the normal shipping time.
We encourage you to contact VideoRocket Store Sales Support at 1-800-327-6921 for order status Given the popularity of some products, VideoRocket may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the VideoRocket Store web site. This information is subject to change.
VideoRocket endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, VideoRocket reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- VideoRocket is not responsible for typographical errors
- VideoRocket reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the VideoRocket Store at any time.
- All sales at the VideoRocket Store are governed by New Jersey law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No VideoRocket employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the VideoRocket Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
